Usage of Jaw Crusher:
Jaw crusher is widely used for crushing various materials like lime stone, granite, calcite, dolomite, manganese ore, iron ore, gypsum, calcium carbonate, feldspar etc with crushing compression strengh no more than 320mp. Used as primary crushing part, the Jaw Crusher can be used in the area of mining, construction, road and railway building, metallurgical industry, chemistry industry etc.
Working Principle of Jaw Crusher:
The Power Motor transmits power through Belt, drives the Moving Jaw Plate do periodic motion to the Fixed Jaw Plate surround the Eccentric Shaft. The angle between Toggle Plate and Moving Jaw Plate increases when Moving Jaw Plate moves up. So the Moving Jaw Plate closes to the Fixed Jaw Plate. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between Toggle Plate and Moving Jaw Plate decreases when Moving jaw Plate moves down, the Moving Jaw Plate moves away from Fixed Jaw Plate by the pulling of Rod and Spring, the crushed material will be discharged from the Discharge Opening.
